| The Association's Finals Night at the Hobby Horse was a huge success with | |
| over 30 Members watching some fine table tennis and enjoying a superb | | |
| buffet laid on by the pub. The Juniors final between Mathew Short and | | |
| Harry Woodland provided some of the best table tennis of the night - Mathew | |
| eventually winning by only a one point margin over 3 sets. Mathew Short | |
| partnered veteran Rod Richards to defeat Kerry Manicom and Tony Burrows in | |
| the doubles final by a total of 6 points. Toby Kerslake and Hamish | | |
| Cuthbertson completed a highly successful night for the Associations | | |
| Juniors by defeating Ben Sellick and Tony Burrows respectively in the | | |
| Handicap Singles and Consolation Singles finals. | | | | |

| The Veterans final was won by Dave Veale who came back from a first set | |
| defeat to Mike Dibble to eventually win by 13 points over 3 sets. | | |

| The singles final produced table tennis of the highest quality as Chris | | |
| Norman took on Vince Court. Norman got off to a flying start to take the | | |
| first two sets but Court fought back to win the third. Normans form has | | |
| been exceptional throughout the season and he stepped up another gear to | |
